What does handover guarantee mean?
If the property manager finds a defect in our cleaning at handover, we re-clean free of charge until the flat is accepted.
How early should I book?
Ideally two to four weeks ahead. Around the usual moving dates at the end of March and September, dates fill up quickly.
How long does move-out cleaning take?
It depends on size and condition. A 3.5-room flat usually takes one day.
